WE Tech Solutions has been selected as the solution provider for the hybrid system onboard Wallenius Wilhelmsen’s new prestige series, the Shaper class. This series represents a new generation of vessels designed to lead the way in sustainable shipping. The Shaper class will be built at Jinling Shipyard located in China. WE Tech Solutions is proud to be a part of this project, marking a significant milestone in the journey toward zero-emission shipping. For this project, WE Tech Solutions will deliver Solution Four. This solution includes a shaft generator, a battery bank, and a feature that enables simultaneous 3C output from the battery and full power from the shaft generator.
