Oliver brings financial discipline, business control and continuity to WE Tech’s growth journey. Having joined the company as Business Controller before becoming CFO, he combines a deep understanding of WE Tech’s business with a structured financial leadership approach. His role is to support sound decision-making, transparency and sustainable performance as the company scales internationally. Oliver helps ensure that growth is not only ambitious, but financially robust and well controlled.

Stefan turns growth ambitions into operational reality. His background combines international operations, project delivery, service transformation, forecasting, quality, IT, business processes and organizational development in demanding marine and energy environments.
At WE Tech, Stefan has played a central role in building scalable structures for project execution, commissioning, global service operations, quality management and IT-enabled operations. As COO, he focuses on creating clarity, accountability and operational maturity across the organization, ensuring that customer promises become reliable delivery and long-term value.

Pasi leads WE Tech’s technology direction with a strong belief that innovation must work in real operating conditions. His background in embedded control systems, distributed automation, system integration, quality assurance and patented technology gives him a practical and future-oriented view of marine energy systems. As CTO, Pasi combines deep technical expertise with a challenger mindset — pushing for smarter, more robust solutions that improve efficiency, reliability and long-term customer value.

Tapio develops new growth opportunities by connecting market insight, customer needs, partnerships and marine energy technology. His career has combined global sales leadership, electrification, hybrid marine power systems, renewable energy and business expansion across multiple regions. At WE Tech, Tapio focuses on building the networks, market understanding and strategic initiatives that support global growth. His practical maritime background and long involvement in voluntary search and rescue add a strong operational reality check to business development.
