The Finnish energy solution provider WE Tech Solutions Oy announces the appointment of Henri Kinnunen as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective from 7 February 2026.
Henri Kinnunen brings extensive experience in international business leadership, strategic growth, and technology-driven transformation. His appointment strengthens WE Tech Solutions’ mission to enable cleaner, smarter, and more efficient shipping through advanced hybrid and energy-efficiency systems. Henri brings earlier CEO experience and an international business mindset to WE Tech Solutions, strengthening the company’s ability to scale globally, deepen strategic partnerships, and accelerating the adoption of sustainable hybrid technologies across the maritime sector.
Before joining WE Tech Solutions, Henri Kinnunen held several senior leadership positions in the technology and industrial sectors. He previously served as CEO of WOIMA Corporation and as Vice President of Business Development at TANA Oy, where he played a key role in strategic partnerships, M&A, and commercial development.
