Service Sales Manager

As our Service business is expanding, we are searching for a Skilled Service Sales Manager to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Sales of Services and Products to Customers through various channels
  • Identify and pursue new Service business opportunities for service products
  • Create and maintain long term relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Respond to Customer queries and complaints related to Service offering
  • Monitor Sales targets, report and analyse sales metrics and adjust Service Sales methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with Marketing, New building sales, Service sales engineering, Engineering and Product development to ensure seamless service offering and execution
  • Quotation review, Contract negotiation and closing of orders
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback for developing of sales and marketing material

Requirements:

  • M.Sc. or B.Sc. in electrical or automation engineering or related field
  • Knowledge of power systems and control systems
  • Excellence in team working and communication in multicultural environments
  • Strong Negotiation and Closing skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar tasks
  • Fluency in English language, written and spoken
  • Experience in marine business & solutions is seen as a merit.
