As our Service business is expanding, we are searching for a Skilled Service Sales Manager to join our team.
Main responsibilities:
- Sales of Services and Products to Customers through various channels
- Identify and pursue new Service business opportunities for service products
- Create and maintain long term relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Respond to Customer queries and complaints related to Service offering
- Monitor Sales targets, report and analyse sales metrics and adjust Service Sales methods accordingly
- Collaborate with Marketing, New building sales, Service sales engineering, Engineering and Product development to ensure seamless service offering and execution
- Quotation review, Contract negotiation and closing of orders
- Gather and analyse customer feedback for developing of sales and marketing material
Requirements:
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in electrical or automation engineering or related field
- Knowledge of power systems and control systems
- Excellence in team working and communication in multicultural environments
- Strong Negotiation and Closing skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar tasks
- Fluency in English language, written and spoken
- Experience in marine business & solutions is seen as a merit.
