As our business is expanding, we are searching for a Skilled Technical Service Manager to join our team!
Main responsibilities:
- Technical support for internal and external customers
- Responsible for management of customer complaints during warranty and life cycle
- Responsible for approval of site work reports and storage of installation parameters and software
- Responsible to develop and maintain technical instructions for Service
- Responsible for handling of assigned Service bulletins
- Responsible for that Service projects are delivered within scope and budget
- Support in monitoring, evaluation and reporting condition of remote connected solutions
- Participate in commissioning and service case/project planning
- Participate in development of products, processes and services
Requirements:
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in electrical or automation engineering
- Knowledge of power systems and control systems
- Excellence in team working and communication in multicultural environments
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to details and sense of urgency in dealing with tasks
- Fluency in English language, written and spoken
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar tasks
- Experience in marine solutions is seen as a merit
